Note: A competitor of the patent owner actually sued to invalidate the patent in question at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. The Court found that the invention lacks both novelty and an inventive step. The Supreme Court confirmed the CIPITC decision in Supreme Court Judgement 4783/2549.
